Educational Requirements:

We are looking for a detail-oriented quality control manager to ensure the analyzing all tests are
processed properly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and
efficiency standards. The Quality Control Manager (Consultant), should have excellent
communication and listening skills, with strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving
skills.

The Consultant should understand regulatory compliance and be skilled in understanding
scientific and technical data.

Responsibilities:

 Chief implementer of the laboratory’s quality management system (QMS);
 Ensure the availability of human and material resources, as well as the necessary
information for effective operation and control of the processes of the QMS;
 Perform selected tasks as Quality Control Manager:
 Collaborate with partners to ensure necessary requirements for ISO/IEC 17025
accreditation are met;
 Ensure that all National Regulatory SOPs are strictly followed;
 Assess the facilities, procedures, practices, and training of personnel involved in the
laboratory’s activities, in regard to the QMS;

 Ensure that the QMS is managed and maintained in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and
WHO GPQCL; etc.
 Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or
processes, and training staff to use them.
 Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their
compliance.
 Supervising Analysts, Technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
 Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies
and with health and safety guidelines.
 Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting
the final products.
 Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis
 Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
 In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
 Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
 Excellent communication and listening skills.
 Perform all other appropriate functions as would be deemed necessary by the Quality
Control Director or the Managing Director
 Reports to the Director of the Quality Control Laboratory
