Educational Requirements:

We are looking for a detail-oriented quality control manager to ensure the analyzing all tests are
processed properly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and
efficiency standards. The Quality Control Manager (Consultant), should have excellent
communication and listening skills, with strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving
skills.
The Consultant should understand regulatory compliance and be skilled in understanding
scientific and technical data.
Responsibilities:
Chief implementer of the laboratory’s quality management system (QMS);
Ensure the availability of human and material resources, as well as the necessary
information for effective operation and control of the processes of the QMS;
Perform selected tasks as Quality Control Manager:
Collaborate with partners to ensure necessary requirements for ISO/IEC 17025
accreditation are met;
Ensure that all National Regulatory SOPs are strictly followed;
Assess the facilities, procedures, practices, and training of personnel involved in the
laboratory’s activities, in regard to the QMS;
LIBERIA MEDICINES & HEALTH PRODUCTS REGULATORY
Ensure that the QMS is managed and maintained in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and
WHO GPQCL; etc.
Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or
processes, and training staff to use them.
Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their
compliance.
Supervising Analysts, Technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies
and with health and safety guidelines.
Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting
the final products.
Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis
Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Perform all other appropriate functions as would be deemed necessary by the Quality
Control Director or the Managing Director
